happy bday, dear pastor!
happy belated birthday, pastor kong! thank you for all that you have done to make city harvest a successful church. without you, the church would not be what it is now! we love ya!

i think rev. alex abraham is cute! though i must admit i dozed off halfway through his preaching. (oops!) rev. alex abraham is a very anointed man of God! this is his testimony (roughly along the line lah, i also cannot memorise right): when he was younger (prolly around 30 years ago?), he accidentally knocked down a Communist boy who dashed across the road to chase his kite. rev. alex was going at 80km/h, it's no wonder the boy was injured very badly. he brought the boy to the hospital and the doctor said that there really wasnt much hope for the boy. rev. alex was told to go home. the Communist villagers who learnt about this was very angry with rev. alex and wanted to kill him. then, rev. alex was an irregular uncommited Christian. rev. alex hid from the villagers in a church. he prayed to God from 4 in the evening to 4 in the morning. for the first time, he prayed very seriously in the spirit, asking God for a miracle. the police found his whereabouts and rev. alex resisted to go back to the hospital. the police was surprised, because they said the boy told them that it was his fault that he ran across the road without looking out for oncoming vehicles. rev. alex was surprised the boy could actually talk. he ran all the way to the hospital and to his astonishment, the boy was completely healed! from then on, rev. alex gave his life to Jesus, serving faithfully in a church. through rev. alex's testimony, fervent prayer that comes from a true heart works!
i inherited all the bad genes.. but i believe God has something bigger and better just for me. no weapon formed against me shall prosper, because i have the shield of God's protection over my life. for skin-deep beauty is merely trivial, i want to possess inner-beauty that lasts and pleases God. how high i soar with God depends on how willing, submissive and positive i am.
