Today is the tomorrow we worried about yesterday.

cabbed to prelude on sunday with dad. i was damn slow with the changing of chords. zzz.. got so many different chords leh; including bar chords. my left ring finger hurt after the session. i'm afraid of thick yellowish skin forming on the fingers on my left hand. that will be so gross, hahah. i corrected my cher's grammar, can you believe it?! he told me to 'practice' those bar chords and i went, "practise is with a S, not a C." i should have shut up by then but no, i continued, "'practice with the C is a noun, i.e. "Bye. I'm going for guitar practice now." whereas practise with the S is a verb, i.e. "Please practise some self-control." :X lol. he seemed interested and thanked me for pointing that out. hahah, don't mention it. correcting people's grammar is my hobbie! (LOL!! joking.)

i train-ed home and did my homework while Dad head to SLS to buy a computer part. melvin sent me songs, yaaay! thanks a million! :DDD

mom picked us up for dinner out. initially lynnette (as usual) suggested going to Carousel (which was at orchard, opp fareast), and we had no clue it was some 5-star hotel. the food was dead expensive and furthermore, the place was fully booked. we roamed around, in search of an alternative restaurant. we settled at tongkichi, shaw house. shared a table with another family. the kid kept staring at us dulan-ly, if not coldly... to kid: "er, if you so buay song then don't share table with others lor, why so 勉强自己 right? later affect your appetite leh. :l" hahahah. as it was our first time there, we didn't know their serving portion was so big. we ended up dapao-ing, heh heh. dad wasn't very happy, as usual.

after dinner, mom fetched us to TTS, before she drove herself home. dad, ahneh and i were quite alien to that place. it took quite a while for us to find our grandfather's ward. ah gong was quite fine, healthy and comfortable. thank God for that. i looked at his ward mates and to my astonishment, i saw an old man with stick-like legs. and i can bet with my head that his calves and thighs were made up of merely bones. occasionally, he would moan quietly in pain. sigh, i feel sad for him. i hope the hospital feeds him with more food, got a feeling he has malnutrition. i'm glad my grandfather is well-fed and doesn't have to undergo such agony. the nurses were nice and courteous. the ones on shift took the patients' BP. the other ward mates were fine. it was a peaceful night. shushu, dad, lynnette and i left at 10:30pm. it was late already. we did not want to disturb the patients any longer, heh heh. shushu drove us home in his cab. it rained. the night was cold. slept well.

moanday!: monday bluesxz. D: bio is boring. PE was tiring. i lost count of how many rounds i ran and ended up running 5 rounds (according to karen) instead of the minimum 4. crap, i hope i don't get muscle aches tomorrow. played frisbee til bell rang. cme was free-and-easy period. refined my graph and changed into uniform. ate the usuals during recess. oh but there ain't yoghurt drinks so i bought marigold orange juice instead.

realised meixuan lost her phone. i can totally put myself in her shoes. )): i lost 3 vehvehveh important stuffs, though the SIM card was nothing much. wait, it was a big deal! i had to had my number changed and mass messaged everyone to inform them of my new number. quite troublesome, really. ok, and back to the point - meixuan, don't worry! you'll find your phone soon k! or even if you lost it for good (CHOY though!), i bet you'll have better things in store for you! like maybe your dad will buy you a much better and nicer phone. don't feel disappointed or sad. have faith that you're gonna overcome this obstacle. be strong, girl! "If a door closes on you, do not be despair for another door has opened up just for you." -Helen Keller.

geez. i'm still on the first disc of Hooping Dulcina. LOL! sorry ah, pris. this time i cannot chiong; no time to watch. i'll try to finish by next week. don't procrastinate, Sheryl!

tomorrow is O level listening comprehension! good luck y'all O level-ers out there! i'mma look forward to my NSC appointment. yeh babaye, the sexcitement!

obtw, i did not mention that meixuan and i totally missed the chance to see niunai at nyp! grrrr... miss koh never tell us and we ASSume we had more time. it's alright cuz i'm not rly crazy for milk.

got this at melvin's blog:
(idk if it's true. there's one repeated question and only a few questions about some majors. *shrugs*)

WHAT MAJOR IS RIGHT FOR YOU?
created with QuizFarm.com
You scored as Religion/Theology

You should strongly consider majoring (or minoring) in Religion, Theology, or a related major.

It is possible that the best major for you is your 2nd, 3rd, or even 5th listed category, so be sure to consider ALL majors in your OTHER high scoring categories (below). You may score high in a category you didnt think you would--it is possible that a great major for you is something you once dismissed as not for you. The right major for you will be something 1) you love and enjoy and 2) are really great at it.

Consider adding a minor or double majoring to make yourself standout and to combine your interests. Psychology is a good minor to add to any major. Please post your results in your myspace/blog/journal.
