excited people makes the camp exciting!
hello, i'm back from church zone camp! well, technically i'm already back yesterday but i slept from around 5pm to 9:30am this morning (16hours+). i was having a jetlag, so why am i sleeping so many hours? apparently, i only slept 1 hour the first night of the camp and 4 hours the second night. the camp was awesome, i sooo regret not bringing any friends along. but hey, it takes 2 hands to clap, doh~!
Day 1
everything was awesome except devotion. i was dumb enough to not realise i needa bring water bottle. cuz after praying for 10+ over items, my voice went coarse. bath time sucks too. so many people were already queueing up to bathe and poor us have to waitwaitwait for our turn to bathe. baojuan joined me to wait for sharon. by the time we're settled down in the hall, it was close to 5am. baojuan and i planned to ton but i went back on my words. i'm so sorry, slap my heavy eyelids if you want to.
Day 2
crazy morning exercise! i couldn't do a single crunch. -_- LOLLL. i wasn't even trained before to do crunches. in other words, that was th first time i'm doing this kinda-like-situps-but-not-really-the-same exercise. stupid synthetic field caused my palms to peel and bleed. orh cehs were even appearing. yeh, i'm weakkk to th max! other than that, the rest of the camp was great! i am soooo sorry and guilty for dozing off during morning devotion and concert. the cold and dark lecture theatre was tempting me to close my eyes and nod my head away. psps): of course i didn't sleep during harvey's performance! we screamed damn loud and long for him leh! ^^ i was kept in th dark until yesterday at the concert that jasmine tye from singapore idol 2 was in our church. she's in the cg N241. she's in corinth too; saw her in orange at the campfire. i was missing a lot people already who left after campfire before sleeping! )):
Day 3
a short day and we broke camp after lunch. 157-ed to toa payoh inter. i slept at the back seat and thank God no one complained. i planned to alight at my stop but apparently i missed it. so yah, took 235 home.
