i have been in an organisation. this organisation was quite okay three years back, but turned havoc now. the in-charges are jerks and the leaders are bitches. this organisation has turned heavily-political and backstabbing. one of th ICs appears matured and magnanimous, but he is so not in real. his true colours paint four adjectives: petty, immature, sadistic and bitchy. i cannot elaborate more (because this is opened to th public's eye) but those who are/were in th organisation would be able to understand that. th other IC made a member drop from heaven to hell. what's th point of giving her high hopes when in the end you just throw her into a pool of disappointment? sadistic hypocrite. if she was apointed leader, i bet the organisation wouldn't have screwed up this way. one of th leaders is super arrogant. she is just loud and step fierce. in reality, she's childish and not th type to take up leading roles. even th past leader commented that she cannot handle this organisation well. she likes to diao and stare at people. she's sarcastic and rude. do some self-reflections; if so many people leave the organisation, there's two possibilites. one) they are in cahoots to quit and join another organisation as a gang, and two) this organisation is so sucky, they just fucking couldn't stand it no more. which of th two do you consider more likely to happen? think about it. the organisation is moulding into a shape based on th leaders and ICs. if th important people there are screwing up, the organisation will cfm screw up too. imagine an organisation that takes up 3 days of your week and 4 hours of your precious time each meeting. not only that, they organised a crappy five-days-four-nights camp and frequently release the members late. late night, weekend performances. major central judging every single year. discipline: easily carrying 10 pushups with each punishment, marching and formation. who can tahan such a stressed organisation? yes, only the best survive. we are the weak ones, we quit, we failed. not everyone can handle such torture &cogratulations, you are the winners -- the fittest and the strongest.

i am so sorry, folks. i had been lazy... of course, that is a lame excuse. i'm just lazy to blog k. if you respect me, you will not attempt to read what's made invisible for you guys. but if you die die want read, fine lor. go find your means and ways to find out wth i'd typed out. i know it's obvious th above wide and long space is filled with words, in fact it's a paragraph of ranting. if you're hardcore bout reading, let me warn you first: th disclaimer i came up with is you're not allowed to judge me or assume th organisation i'm writing about. please do not go around making me your topic of gossip because i'd prefer you not to read this in th first place. tyvm for your co-operation.
