just the plain old me.

woke up at 5.45am. left home at 6:15. is like damn early lor (for me), cos usually i leave house thirty minutes later than today. reached school at 6:44am. locker-ed and asked yanyi to give my english file to priscilla for me cos i already late for band. chiong up to band room to put my bag down, then third floor toilet to change. wah i change damn long, thanks to the sickening stockings. and i forgot to bring black songs. :S go back band room put my plastic bag down. told seniors i dont have black socks, and my stupid stockings tio 2 holes. go hall and set up instrument. i was late lah, duh. we warmup-ed and mr mark suddenly tell us all to chiong downstairs to make it for the national anthem and pledge. i could see that mr mark is like, very good lah. idk how to explain. as in very patriotic, very leadership-like that kind of person. he cares bout the anthem &pledge. stood with jenetta and kwokfeng damn talkcock. comment bout us and our uniform. haha band play honour glory so.. out of tempo. the bass drum especially. after anouncements, form cher give out this black box thingy. so start from the back. we three got it and then we had to go back up. soon, all the classes arrived at the hall. band first item. we played cabaret first. then audience clapped. then we played sock hop tonight. shit we screwed a bit. the 'hawaii' part, percussion anyhow. the 'Love Me Tender' part, (third) clar rushing. the audience still very enthu-ly, clapped!(: then we left with our instruments, scores and stands. we went one round to the back of the hall and sat down. flutes and clarinets had their instruments with them. (that's one of the cons bout playing small instruments.) forgot most of the performance already because 1) i got serious stm, and 2) all the heads blocking so i cant see and hear very clearly. also, very noisy. anw, i rmbed the china students performed. the flute guy gave me a very good impression on him! he is called pro lor! his running notes are.. takkong lah! when he finished, some sec three pupils stood up and applaud in appreciation and awe. the buddy of a 2e2 guy played the guitar. it's okay what, not like what i heard from *AHEM*. :D he can sing, a bit lah. wushuang told a story on stage. not exactly a story, but is like a gan xiang like what we do for jianbao writing. actually not ganxiang either, is like something random. aiyaa, dunno lah. liyi and two other girls sang Jin Tian Ni Yao Jia Gei Wo. her voice is nice lah! then got another two girls sang Qin Ai Ni De Zen Me Bu Zai Wo Sheng Bian. their gao ying nice. their chorus also. sweet voices. then choir ah.. okay lor. Behind The Hazel Eyes im like familiar with it but dunno the lyrics. then they sing national day songs (the standards: Home or smth and One People or smth). i accidentally dozed off! xD sorry): then got certificate-giving ceremony. all the majors/leaders/commando of different cca groups went up the stage one after another to receive a certificate. can see like who's popular and who's hated lor. cos when dong cheng hao that time, everyone (upper sec guys) was like "aiyo", "boo" and not clapping. azlan also same. band one right, we all damn enthu. xD band got a break after we're released. jenetta and i went down. i lent her $1 for a bottle of green tea. i bought ice lemon tea and three siewmais. jen went up to find rae or smth. i went canteen and wushuang pulled me to take picture with her. :DD gonna miss her real bad when she's gone! natalie came to find me. then we ask yingqi to take photo with us. haha finally! got photos of all four of them ler! :DD k then jen came to me and we went up. we play high school for a thousand times thanks to dance and drama. it's good practise anyway. but dont blame them anymore when i heard it's our recording that spoiled everything. BLAME AVA, haha! jkjk. they only start dancing at bar 32. out of seven songs, dance only prepared one miserable song (high school), and is not even fully-memorised and smooth. i wonder how we're gonna make it for the performance. whatever. walao dance get lunch break. we don't have. -_- only 10 minute break here and there. c'mon, they dance until liddat, still get such a long lunch break. the cher-in-charge like very protective of dance, even given their standard. haiz. ok then while they having their lunch, we started investiture. 5 rows of chairs. private got badge sia! lolol. it's a treble clef. cute neh! we sec twos got lance coporal, one arrow nia. jen and yowche dont have. maybe next year double promotion? who knows? haha. (: drum major: shari. band major: eileen. asst band major: angeline. i expected eilene, and happy that she's band major. she's good and responsible. then the aluminis, conductors and teachers give speeches. then we have to bring everything back to the band room. then jenetta and i go toilet. i changed into school uniform. then we go down to general office. never fall in but mr jesen talking to the people who are there already. he's talking bout being slow and inefficient and everything. heng jenetta and i were the first two sec 2s who reached. can't fall in cos im 'an old person'. haha. then he talk to seniors, namely sec2s and 3s. i want to be fast next time! i dowan to float. we were released and i went home alone. D; huiling and amanda went to eat. 57-ed home.
